I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with experience supporting couples that encounter communication pattern difficulties, resentment, and challenges navigating relationship roles. I have worked with individuals from LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, as well as clients living with OCD, anxiety, trauma, anger, and eating disorders. My background includes work as a case manager in an eating disorder treatment facility, practicing from a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned perspective.
