I provide virtual individual therapy for adults (18+) in Massachusetts, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, non-monogamy, chronic illness, sex work, and kink. My approach is rooted in social justice, person-centered care, and the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you—because you’re not broken. It’s about exploring, unlearning, healing, and finding what works for you in a world that is often too much. I keep therapy as accessible and low-stress as possible with flexible scheduling and no penalty for cancellations. Many individuals work on specific issues such as relationships, stress, and worry. Others may be unsure what is wrong but feel that things could be better. Some may seek a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and happiness in life. I look forward to creating a plan and working together to achieve your goals.
