It takes a commitment to make difficult changes in behavior or thinking patterns. The kind of therapy I practice centers on the principles of personal responsibility, honesty and self-respect. I graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a B.SC in Psychology. In 2011, I graduated from Argosy University with Masters in Counseling. I've over 15+ years of experience specializing with individuals, couples & families. I've worked with people of all ages dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, life transition or an addiction.
