This spiritual definition of psychotherapy resonates for me in terms of my own orientation as a healer. I carry a de-pathologizing lens that is not so heady or clinical, where you will be honored in your humanity, invited into your emotions & body, met with warmth & empathy, & be supported to flower in all ways. I help adults who are feeling lost, empty, broken, invisible, or are grieving or hurting, to move through their pain, access their innate resilience & wholeness, reclaim their worth, & remember who they are again.
