About

At work you feel confident. You make big decisions, lead teams, and carry responsibility with ease. In close relationships, it can feel very different. You may feel uncomfortable needing support, especially when you’re so self-sufficient everywhere else. Many daughters of immigrants in corporate roles experience this split: grounded and secure professionally, yet unsettled in intimacy. This isn’t weakness - it’s an attachment pattern shaped by early responsibility and cultural expectations. I offer culturally responsive, attachment-based therapy for daughters of immigrants navigating relationships, identity, and imposter syndrome. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I work with accomplished women who are highly capable in public but struggle privately with closeness, self-trust, or receiving care.
