Often times we may think we have all the answers, one task after the next, one problem after the next. In the midst of so much surrounding stimuli we often forget to take a moment in the beauty of stillness. Stillness is such a simple word, but it can be difficult to achieve or appreciate but it is not impossible. As a therapist I have always believed if you show someone the window, they will find the door themselves.
