Hey there! Do you find yourself trapped in endless cycles of relational conflicts? Do you feel anxious, worried, sad and hopeless? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, especially trained to work with individuals experiencing turmoil in their relationships. During your initial visits we’ll work together to identify the main issues and surrounding factors that impact your wellbeing and relationships. Through our work together you’ll increase your ability to identify triggers and find ways to cope and change. You will also experience improvements in the way you communicate your needs and set boundaries.
