I provide attachment-based therapy to individuals and couples, with a focus on (but not limited to!) new parents and those who have experienced pregnancy losses. Therapy with me is grounded in warmth, an invitation to express yourself without judgment, and collaboration in service of your own goals in line with your own values. Regardless of whether you are an anxious parent, or struggling with romantic relationships, or grieving the loss of a pregnancy, we might spend time telling and understanding your story, learning ways to calm your mind and body in distress, and making meaning of your experiences as you claim agency over what happens next.
