For 50 years, I have helped individuals and couples find more pleasure in life through creating satisfying relationships and meaningful work. Therapy at its best is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I have expertise in couple therapy, family therapy (including parental estrangement) and psychotherapy. I practice trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR and other trauma-clearing techniques. I incorporate yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, visualization and other mind/body techniques. I customize my approach to the unique needs of each client. My work is informed by my own healing journey.
