Hello! I am passionate about working with individuals as young as 5 years, teens, young adults, their families, and adults. I utilize evidence-based practices to address various issues such as trauma, anxiety, domestic violence, abuse, depression, improving family dynamics, BIPOC individuals, and intergenerational issues, to name a few. My main approach is through a humanistic lens to meet individuals where they are at while providing compassionate collaborative care. Cultural sensitivity is at the forefront of my mind as I am bicultural and Bilingual (English/Spanish).
