My mission as your therapist is to accompany you on your unique path to healing and self-discovery. I am here to listen, support, and empower you while also gently and respectfully encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone in service of your goals. I will encourage you in caring for all dimensions of you – mind, body, spirit, relationship. As a clinical psychologist, I offer therapy services for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I specialize in providing trauma-informed care to survivors of sexual abuse and intimate partner violence.
