Hello! Thank you for taking this first step of looking into the resource of therapy. I aim to create a space where you feel welcome to come exactly as you are. My space will be welcoming and free of judgement. I have years of experience working with clients from young children to adults. I understand that mental health can waver with all of life's ups and downs. I am here to help you build on your own unique strengths to conquer life's challenges and help you understand your emotional needs. Clients can expect a judgment-free, safe space to come exactly as they are. First sessions will be spent getting to know one another, what brings you to therapy, and discussing desires you hope to get out of therapy.
