I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is focused on helping clients learn tools to achieve their goals. I provide support for hope and healing in a non-judgmental environment. I often work with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and personal conflicts. I also have experience in dual diagnosis and addictions. I use various approaches depending on the client and progress. I often use solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. I also have experience in faith-based therapies. I strive for a relaxing and accepting environment, non-judgmental, building rapport, and focusing on client goals and tools to achieve those goals.
