My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and courage. They may be a child struggling with emotional regulation, a teen navigating identity and self-worth, or an adult carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, anxiety, or chronic self-doubt. Often, they feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, overwhelmed by internal chaos or external expectations. Their issues might include low self-esteem, ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, trauma responses, or body image concerns. My office is a place where people come to laugh, cry, learn, heal, and grow.
