Hello, and welcome! I'm Nora Murray, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I earned my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University in 2021, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. Starting therapy or finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to ensure you feel welcomed, supported, and safe. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, deepen your insight, and develop tools to help you thrive. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, grief, identity exploration (including LGBTQIA+ concerns), and life transitions. My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process — one that flows and evolves.
