My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, others, and the systems we move through. My goal is to create a space that shifts away from self-blame and towards self-compassion. Whatever you choose to bring to session, I will be there to meet you with warmth, humor, and compassion.
