I am not taking new clients at this time. Often times people face challenges that prevent them from having fulfilled lives. Old coping skills appear failing and emotional distress disrupts balance. Entering therapy at a time of vulnerability can be difficult, but it can also bring healing and growth. I think that progress and change happen when collaboration, safety, trust, and empathy are present in therapy; these principles guide my work and support any treatment approaches that may be appropriate to take.
