I believe we all walk with our own story on our own pathway. This has taught me that individualized care is much more powerful in healing and functioning rather than following a script or set plan. My clinical background has been working with clients and families living with chronic illness/different abilities, supporting those who are neurodivergent, and supporting all seeking to find their true sense of self. I am also a support to those experiencing burnout in work, especially health care. I am drawn to how creativity is a foundation to ourselves so artwork, movement, activities, and adaptation are all part of my practice.
