I am committed to supporting my clients trust in themselves to make the best choices for their lives. Often old pain, or distorted ideas about who we are get in the way of this trust, so I support the resolution of these issues. Although trained to approach therapy from a Systems perspective, I have trained in numerous other modalities over the 45 years including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Family Reconstruction, Hypnosis, and Bodywork (Bioenergetics). All this experience broadens the skills for success in assisting clients to reach their goals for Psychotherapy. I specialize in Relationships, married or not, as well as Trauma and Abuse. Grief, Depression, anxiety, or just life changes that have thrown you off center, are some of the issues that bring clients to me.
