I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I use my experience to develop a relationship in which we work together to address problems of anxiety, depression, relationship, work life, difficult feelings about ones self. I think people have individual ways of working on issues and in listening I try to learn about this and also to offer some ways.
