I support teenagers who are navigating big emotions, ongoing worries, or challenges with attention, motivation, and behavior. Many of the teens I work with are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, or sensory and social differences, and benefit from a space where they feel accepted without judgment. My work focuses on helping teens understand their emotions, build coping and regulation skills, and strengthen confidence they can use at school, at home, and with peers. I also partner with parents, offering practical guidance and tools to support their teen’s growth and independence. I provide a warm, supportive space where teens can express themselves, build coping skills, and feel understood. I also support parents with practical tools to help their teen succeed at home and at school.
