Hello and welcome. Thanks for taking the time to read my information. It takes courage to reach out for help. My practice is focused on working with adults who are facing life challenges due to anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem, poor communication skills, life transitions, difficult interpersonal relationships - which includes being a member of a high-stress family. The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. How we think, feel and treat ourselves may determine the quality of our relationships with others and the choices we have made throughout our life. We all have a past; some positive, some negative which have brought us here to this point in our lives.
