My name is Norma Quiroz. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. I use Bowen Family Systems Theory to conceptualize my work. I also use Cognitive Behavioral and solution-focused interventions in my work with individuals. I work with clients in a collaborative way to create goals that are meaningful and achievable.
