I believe many of our greatest challenges can provide guidance and motivation in taking steps to change and grow. Our mind & body had an innate ability to heal and recover. As a therapist it is my goal to support you in providing therapies that connect you to your innate healing, to help ease your pain and suffering. When feeling the impact of anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, or substance abuse, a person's ability to connect to their healing and recovery becomes much harder. My focus is to create a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing online space for your therapy. l offer evidence based therapies, with a focus on EMDR and CBT.
