If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, have history of trauma, relationship issues, negative beliefs, life transition issues I might be the right match for you. I create a safe place for you to explore what needs to be addressed to make your life more fulfilling. My clients perceive me as authentic, caring, direct but compassionate. I am originally from Poland but lived in Austin, TX for 17 years before moving to Boise in 2012. This particular background gives me a unique perspective which my clients find very helpful and refreshing. My therapy style is relational and eclectic including: EMDR, CBT, person-centered, mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches. Our brains are changing all the time and counseling, especially EMDR are helpful in creating new connections in our brains to help heal old wounds or assist with challenges. I tailor my counseling approach to your individual needs.
