Our specialties are working with teens and adults with emotional dysregulation, self-harming behaviors and difficulty with impulsive, destructive and self-destructive behavior. We often take a holistic approach, sometimes involving family and offering supportive services to parents and loved ones. We offer parent coaching as well as therapy for partners. We understand that sometimes the most effective way to heal is to also help the environment. We are prepared to work with chronic suicidal ideation, aggressive behaviors, or any of the behaviors that other practices may "refer out" for.
