My name is Rebecca Ehle. For the past 30 years, my passion has been to help people find ways to improve their mental health. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive experience counseling adults, families, and older adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, work-life balance, relationship challenges, self esteem, loss, time-management, health issues, as well as many other concerns. I am well versed in a variety of researched based modalities including Mindfulness Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Positive Psychology. My goal is to support you through your process of change and healing.
