My clients are more than the challenges they are facing, whether it be depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, etc. My clients are people first who are looking for guidance in creating the coping skills necessary for relief and a fulfilling life. It is important to my clients that their therapist truly hear their concerns, needs, and goals, as well as be the person they can be fully transparent. A safe and nurturing setting is created with my clients in order for mutual trust, openness, and respect to emerge. My clients want to see the evolvement of positive changes occur in their lives, as do I.
