Hello, my name is Nothi Ncube-Kearley. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I provide services to clients of all ages including young adults and adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and other adjustment-related issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other theoretical approaches. I primarily work with young adults and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and work stress. My goal is to work with my clients to cope and deal with life stressors.
