My ideal clients are BIPOC youth and adults, as well as prenatal and postpartum women, who are seeking support, understanding, and empowerment during meaningful or challenging transitions in life. Many of these individuals may face unique cultural, emotional, and systemic challenges including identity exploration, generational or racial trauma, and limited access to culturally sensitive care. For prenatal and postpartum clients, additional challenges may include emotional adjustment, anxiety, body image changes, or pressure to maintain strength while caring for others. I'm open to working with all individuals regardless of identity.
