Healing is a process, and residing in each of us is a drive to flourish and seek health. My mission is to help you feel understood and more connected to yourself and to others as you gain awareness of how your mind, core emotions, and body are linked. As an experiential clinician, I use an eclectic approach to collaborate with you on your unique healing journey. My specialties include working with adults on anxiety, relationships, attachment trauma, and adjustments in relationship to others or adapting to a new life situation.
