I am passionate about helping others transform their thinking to ultimately transform their lives! With undergraduate degrees in Education and experience as a teacher and administrator, I was intrigued by how my students’ life experiences influenced their learning. This curiosity led me to pursue a Masters in Social Work to understand the person-in-environment framework. I now use a strengths-based approach to support young adults and women in enriching their relationships with themselves and others.
