I have a Master's in Psychology (Southern Illinois University Edwardsville) and a Master's in Social Work (University of Kansas, Lawrence.) I have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years, so I have a lot of experience. I have many "tools in my toolkit." I believe in people and enjoy helping them discover the strengths they have. I also enjoy teaching strategies that can help reduce stress reactions. What we think and tell ourselves is important, but we are not just what we think. Being integrative, I treat people holistically.
