I create a soft landing space for children, teens, adults, and families carrying complex trauma, relational wounds, grief, or big life transitions. Therapy with me is a place to pause, breathe, and explore what it feels like to heal, feel safe, and reconnect with joy—even when the world around you asks you to shrink or stay quiet. I bring play, curiosity, and warmth to this work, blending somatic awareness, relational insight, and creative approaches. Together, we can untangle relational trauma, complex PTSD, and overwhelming life experiences—finding ways to move, feel, and live more fully, at your own pace.
