As trauma therapists, both Bryan and Paul specialize in treating people who've experienced trauma, such as abuse, neglect, bullying, workplace harassment, religious trauma, or being a first responder. These folks likely experience success in their educational or career paths, but often struggle in relationships with themselves and others, unable to identify what they feel, or have feelings that are too intense. Further, these folks may struggle with people-pleasing, being always on the go, or feeling stuck and frozen. We also specialize in treating folks with OCD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. We are engaged, interactive, and encourage exploration. We will help you to understand the problem, offer practical tools to help, and improve your relationship with yourself and others. We are EMDR certified, and will also draw from Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamics, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Exposure therapies.
