The owner of Nurtured Nested is Rachel Goforth, LPC, PMH-C. She has a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling, focusing in Clinical Professional Counseling and a licensed CPC in Nevada and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. Practice provides other therapist that have various backgrounds and trainings that can fit other needs. Our therapeutic style is based on each individual client and group. In each session, clients learn more about themselves and their interactional patterns through talk therapy and art therapy. Our goals are to help each individual work through everyday life, find true joy, learn the beauty of forgiveness, and help discover their most authentic self.
