I strive to offer a warm, supportive environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing process, helping you connect with your strengths and move toward the life you want. I work with adults navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship and family issues, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting pregnant and postpartum women, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum.
