My clients are engaged and want to be in a place where they can enjoy life and maximize opportunities. They want to have strong family relationships, to confidently explore the world around them, and make connections. Whether they are struggling with anxiety or depression, developing their identity, or trying to integrate in social setting, we will partner to create tangible goals and work towards them. We utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques including CBT, client-centered, journaling and just talking. In all therapy, I am respectful of the mind-body connection.
