I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience working in the field of psychotherapy & mindfulness practices. My work is a synthesis of western psychology and eastern philosophies. I offer individuals the tools to increase self-awareness, shift emotional patterning, strengthen mental focus, & increase spiritual character, to attain the vision one holds for their life. As part of my work, I have spent over a decade developing programs and curriculum for inner transformation and sustainable systems (community and/or family) change.
