Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or stuck between who they were and who they want to be, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to start. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where your voice, individuality, and strengths matter. Together, we’ll build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and true to who you are becoming. I work with individuals ages 8 and up, focusing primarily on anxiety, depression, stress management, behavioral challenges, and trauma.
