My name is Obdulia Herrera, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. Therapy is a place to identify what is causing difficulties and no longer serves you and choose what and how to discard and replace. I use a person-centered approach to start, this helps me understand the client's therapeutic needs. From there I use a variety of approaches depending on the client's need/fit; humanistic approaches.
