Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am specialized in & have years of experience of working with adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, & anger-related disorders. My therapeutic approaches include: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & self-compassion focused interventions. I have also been trained in Emotion Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), suicide assessment & providing sleep therapy skills through the UC Berkley sleep team.
