OC Kids Therapy was created out of the need for brief solution focused treatment for children and their families. With counseling and coaching we help children, teens and their families gain the tools to deal with many of the common issues kids experience such as: Anxiety, depression, self harm and lack of motivation. Often, typical "teen" and "child" issues such as acting out, parent child conflict, academic issues and social difficulties can be addressed within as little as 5 sessions. View 4 Photos Our approach is to help you and your child get through the rough patch. Often issues that need to be addressed do not require years of therapy. We never close a door. When our sessions end you are always welcome to come back in when you have hit another bump in the road.
