As a clinician at Avita Psychological Care, I support individuals, couples, and families in healing emotional challenges like grief, anxiety, and trauma. With a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, I offer a safe, culturally sensitive space to explore acculturation stress, identity, and resettlement. I’m especially passionate about working with clients from Russian-speaking and Bukharian communities to strengthen relationships and foster emotional well-being in a supportive, collaborative environment. My approach aims for the long-term wellbeing of individuals, couples, families gaining deeper aware of failed patterns of thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and opening up for more healthier alternatives, while building on existing inner strengths. I'm committed to helping my clients learn how to build healthier relationships with selves and others.
