Sometimes in the midst of struggle, it is hard to be hopeful. When it is hard, it is my privilege to hold that hope for you. I work with both men and women, as well as couples. I am passionate about working with couples through affair recovery and other difficult transitions. I am trained in the Gottman method and use this approach along with techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help my couples reach their relationship goals. I also have a passion for working with trauma, grief and loss; and as a first-generation American, the complexities of a multicultural existence.
