As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about my work and consider myself privileged to assist individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and healing. I have over two decades of experience working with individuals who present with distressing emotions such as anxiety and depression, loss/grief, self-defeating patterns, and relationship difficulties. Over time, with consistent and collaborative work in therapy, my patients develop self-reflection, which impacts an individual's ability to make informed, positive, and lasting changes. I consider an individual’s cultural background, identity, and specific concerns.
