I have been a therapist for 25+ years and work with clients of all ages. I support clients who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life stressors, mood and behavior regulation needs. There are times in life when we don't feel as connected, capable or happy as we would like. I help my clients access their inner resources so they can experience the change they want and get in touch with their most authentic selves. I believe everyone can reclaim their power, heal, grow and thrive.
