Olga is trained in psychodynamic traditions. She is a trauma-informed, psychoanalytically- informed, and solution-focused therapist who favors creative approaches and embraces a multicultural lens. Olga works with families, including helping neurodivergent children to feel well in a neurotypical world. Olga is passionate about helping her clients to find harmony in life through various forms of therapy. Olga employs elements of art therapy in her clinical practice to facilitate the holistic development of children and to foster parental comprehension of their children’s needs. Olga, a former athlete, deeply understands the demands of competitive sports. Using sports psychology, she helps athletes improve performance through mental skills training, managing anxiety, building resilience and confidence, addressing past trauma, and enhancing team communication.
