My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to meet each client with compassion and curiosity, honoring their unique story while helping them develop the tools they need to move forward. Whether I am working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to help each person feel more confident in who they are to navigate their own personal journey. My clinical specialty focuses on supporting clients as they process and heal from lingering effects of childhood hurts, emotional wounds, and early life experiences. I work closely with clients who struggle with imposter syndrome, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Through a trauma-informed approach, I guide clients to rebuild a strong sense of identity.
