Welcome! I believe in a strengths based holistic approach and have extensive experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, dating struggles and divorce. Part of life is learning to overcome the challenges that are thrown at each of us. At times, life can become overwhelming, and this is when many of us reach out for extra guidance and support. I will help you face current life stressors or past trauma that needs to be reprocessed, so that you may begin living more fully in the present. I use a combination of techniques to guide clients towards transformation. You will be left with a stronger sense of self, access to new and more empowering perspectives, increased clarity and self love, and useful life skills. You will begin experiencing break thoughs, positive changes and new skills to face life's challenges moving forward.
